Creșterea medie a pensiilor in județul Sibiu este de 650 de lei!

La această statistică, prin proiectul PNL, cele mai mici pensii, aproximativ 59000 după recalculare, sub 3000 de lei, vor avea o nouă majorare, de la 1 Octombrie, prin neimpozitarea pensiilor sub 3000 de lei!

Acestea sunt cifre pe hârtie, dar în spate, sunt zeci de mii de oameni cărora li se face dreptate, prin echitate pe baza de contributivitate, după ani de muncă!

Ca fost ministru al muncii, care a demarat reforma pensiilor, care a făcut posibilă digitizarea tuturor dosarelor de pensii, nu pot să nu afirm că este regretabil că o asemenea reformă, care aduce echitate în sistem și majorări semnificative pentru aproximativ 83% dintre pensionari la nivel național, a fost umbrită prin anumite erori de calcul și, mai ales, prin erori de comunicare.

De la bun început și pe fiecare decizie de pensie trebuia să se scrie, negru pe alb, că nicio pensie nu va scădea prin recalculare!

Îmi doresc ca toate eventualele erori să fie eliminate prin verificări minuțioase la nivelul caselor teritoriale de pensii și niciun pensionar să nu fie nedreptățit, în final.

Haideți să vedem în detaliu ce a însemnat pentru pensionarii sibieni această reformă a pensiilor:

81.000 de pensionari sibieni vor avea pensii mai mari în urma recalculării (doar 18.500 de pensii se mențin în plată).

Prin recalculare, scade cu 4.000 numărul de beneficiari de indemnizație socială/pensie minimă, având venituri mai mari decât pensia minimă.

După recalculare, numărul pensiilor din Sibiu cu o valoare mai mică de 2.000 de lei se reduce cu cca. 10 mii și numărul pensiilor cuprinse între 2.000 și 3.000 de lei se reduce cu cca. 8 mii. Așadar, în județul Sibiu vom mai avea cca. 34 de mii (față de 44 mii) pensii mai mici de 2.000 lei și doar 25 mii de pensionari (față de 33 mii) cu pensii cuprinse între între 2.000 și 3.000 de lei.

Numărul pensionarilor sibieni cu o pensie mai mare de 3.000 de lei crește cu peste 18.500 de pensionari, de la cca. 22.000 în august, la peste 40.500 în septembrie.

Tot ca parte componentă a reformei pensiilor, mă bucur că săptămâna viitoare, alături de colegii din coaliția de guvernare, vom vota în Parlament proiectul legislativ pe care eu l-am inițiat și depus, în anul 2022, pentru majorarea, de la 2.000 de lei la 3.000 de lei a plafonului de la care se impozitează veniturile din pensii.

Chiar dacă eu mi-am dorit ca această măsură să intre în vigoare de anul trecut, de la 1 ianuarie 2023, este foarte bine că acest lucru se întâmplă și de la 1 octombrie 2024.

Vă reamintesc faptul că PNL a impus în cadrul coaliției niște condiții financiare stricte, privind asigurarea fondurilor bugetare: pentru majorarea punctului de pensie care s-a produs la începutul anului și pentru majorarea pensiilor în urma recalculării.

Vă anunț că, în urmă cu numai câteva zile, Ministerul finanțelor condus de Marcel Boloș, a virat aproape 12 miliarde lei către Ministerul muncii pentru asigurarea plății pensiilor majorate de la 1 septembrie.
