‘Este esențial să acționăm rapid pentru a consolida mecanismele de economisire și investiție din cadrul sistemului privat de pensii, astfel încât toți angajații care vor ieși la pensie după anul 2035 să beneficieze de venituri decente’, a informat PNL, într-un comunicat transmis AGERPRES.
Conform sursei citate, la inițiativa deputatului PNL Raluca Turcan au fost demarate, în acest sens, consultări cu administratorii de fonduri de pensii private, reprezentanți ai patronatelor și sindicatelor, specialiști din sectorul financiar și parlamentari.
‘Obiectivul acestor discuții este identificarea celor mai eficiente soluții pentru creșterea contribuțiilor la Pilonul II de pensii, astfel încât economiile acumulate de participanți să se majoreze într-un ritm mai accelerat. Totodată, analizăm modalități prin care angajatorii să poată contribui suplimentar la conturile angajaților, sporind astfel siguranța financiară a acestora pe termen lung’, arată PNL.
Potrivit liberalilor, ‘majorarea contribuțiilor pentru pensiile private administrate devine o necesitate, în contextul în care sistemul public de pensii (Pilonul I) se confruntă cu presiuni demografice și economice care îl pot face insuficient pentru a acoperi nevoile viitorilor pensionari’.
PNL își propune să elaboreze, în colaborare cu patronate, sindicate și cu administratorii de pensii private, un ‘cadru legislativ mai flexibil și adaptat nevoilor actuale, care să permită diversificarea opțiunilor de economisire și să crească gradul de implicare a angajatorilor în susținerea securității financiare a angajaților lor’.
‘Marea provocare pentru sistemul clasic de pensii începe după anul 2030, când se estimează că circa un milion de angajați părăsesc piața muncii, devenind pensionari. Fără o evoluție pozitivă la nivelul numărului de angajați și a capitalizării economiei, sustenabilitatea Pilonului I de pensii este pusă la mare încercare. Evoluția pozitivă trebuie să existe și la nivelul sistemului de pensii private prin creșterea contribuțiilor, raportat la contribuțiile de asigurări sociale de stat, și diversificarea acestora pentru a completa pensiile rezultate din pilonul pensiilor din sistemul public’, afirmă Raluca Turcan.
