Un pusti de 8 ani a fost la un pas de moarte dupa ce a cazut in Lacul Binder. Copilul se juca pe gheata cand aceasta s-a rupt. Dupa ce oamenii care erau in zona au reusit sa il traga afara din apa, micutul a fost transportat de urgenta la spital.
Un copil a fost miercuri la un pas sa isi piarda viata dupa ce a mers sa se joace pe gheata ce acopera Lacul Binder. Pojghita de gheata a cedat sub greutatea micutului iar acesta a acazut in apa. Norocul lui a fost ca in zona se aflau cativa oameni care au dat dovada de curaj si au reusit sa il traga la mal cu ajutorul unor chingi. Acela a fost momentul la care au ajuns si cei de la ISU respectiv o ambulanta SMURD. Copilul a fost transportat de urgenta la spital cu o usoara stare de soc hicptermic dupa cele aproape 15 minute petrecute in apa inghetata. La spital au ajuns nu doar membrii familiei micutilor ci si reprezentanti ai DGASPC, institutie care s-a autosesizat in acest caz. Dupa stabilirea conditiilor in care s-a produs incidentul se va sti si daca membrii familiei, parintii, sau bunica la care se afla copilul la momentul incidentului vor fi sanctionati in vreun fel. In tot acest timp pe marginea lacului zeci de copii proveniti de la scoala din cartier se jucau nestingheriti si se aporpiau de marginea lacului fara nicio teama ca incidentul s-ar putea repeta iar de aceasta data consecintele ar putea fi dezastruoase.
