Cercetat penal pentru comiterea infracțiunii de tâlhărie calificată, a fost reținut
La data de 1 martie a.c., polițiștii Biroului de Investigații Criminale din cadrul Poliției Municipiului Sibiu au reținut un bărbat de 22 de ani, din Avrig, cercetat penal sub aspectul săvârșirii infracțiunii de tâlhărie calificată.
Bărbatul este bănuit că, la data de 1 martie a.c., în jurul orei 17.40, având fața acoperită cu glugă și cagulă, ar fi pătruns în incinta unei societăți comerciale unde, prin acte de violență și amenințare, i-ar fi smuls unei angajate o borsetă cu suma de 5.000 de lei, după care ar fi fugit de la locul faptei.
Bărbatul a fost identificat și depistat în scurt timp, iar în baza probatoriului administrat în cauză, polițiștii au luat măsura reținerii presupusului autor pentru 24 de ore.
Cercetările sunt continuate la nivelul Biroului de Investigații Criminale Sibiu, sub supravegherea Parchetului de pe lângă Judecătoria Sibiu.
Ilegalități în trafic, șofer reținut
La data de 2 martie a.c., polițiștii Biroului Rutier Sibiu au reținut un bărbat de 22 de ani, din Slimnic, cercetat penal pentru săvârșirea infracțiunilor de conducere fără permis, conducere sub influența alcoolului, conducerea unui autovehicul neînmatriculat, respectiv conducerea unui autovehicul cu număr fals de înmatriculare.
În fapt, la data de 2 martie a.c., în jurul orei 20.30, în municipiul Sibiu, polițiștii Biroului Rutier Sibiu au efectuat semnalul regulamentar de oprire adresat unei autoutilitare, condusă dinspre centru spre ieșirea din municipiu, la volanul căreia se afla un bărbat.
Conducătorul auto a oprit pe marginea drumului, însă a coborât imediat din vehicul pe portiera din dreapta și a fugit.
Bărbatul a fost urmărit și prins în scurt timp de către polițiști, constatându-se că este vorba despre un bărbat de 22 de ani, din Slimnic.
În urma verificărilor efectuate de către polițiștii rutieri a rezultat că bărbatul nu deține dreptul de a conduce autovehicule, iar testarea sa alcoolscopică a indicat un rezultat de 0,78 mg/l alcool pur în aerul expirat.
Totodată, s-a stabilit că autoutilitara este radiată din circulație, iar numărul de înmatriculare aplicat pe mașină este unul fals.
Astfel, în baza probatoriului administrat în cauză, polițiștii au luat măsura reținerii bărbatului pentru 24 de ore, urmând a fi prezentat unității de parchet competente în vederea aplicării unei măsuri preventive.
Cercetările sunt continuate la nivelul Biroului Rutier Sibiu, sub supravegherea Parchetului de pe lângă Judecătoria Sibiu.
